Who We Are
INSTRUCT was originally founded in October 1989 as the Centre of Awareness in Construction and Engineering (CACE) by a group of visionary construction professionals. The objective was clear: to bridge the skill gap at the grassroots and middle-management levels of the construction industry through structured, practical, and industry-relevant training.
In 1997, the organisation evolved into INSTRUCT, reflecting its expanded role in research, development, and professional training for India’s growing construction ecosystem.
Today, INSTRUCT is recognised for its credibility, technical depth, and hands-on training approach that directly translates into better on-site performance.
